Pets Welcome Upon Approval.
Breed restrictions apply.
Pets must have proof of current vaccinations.
Pets must have proof of weight when fully grown.
Pets must have breed documentation.
Limit of 2 pets per home.
Applicant must provide a photograph of each pet.
Pet interview is required and any aggressive behavior can result in denial.
Aquarium pets are allowed without deposit, but only exclusive aquarium pets. The aquarium can be no more than 20 gallons.
All other exotic animals are prohibited, including, but not limited to rodents, rabbits, and ferrets.
The following pet breeds and types are prohibited and will not be accepted: Pit Bull Terriers, Chows, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, Huskies, and any other breed generally considered aggressive or deemed aggressive by state or local officials.
Service and emotional support animals are allowed with proper documentation.
All documentation is subject to review by legal counsel.
